5 Claire accepts

On her offers, on the website and in the app, the offer card 1 shows Sofia Marin, €3,600 against the listing price of €3,900, Pending, with the time left. Claire taps Accept 2; the other button is Decline 3. The card turns Accepted with the checkout window and its time left, and the listing is shown as reserved for Sofia. There is no counteroffer field.

6 Sofia is told: accepted, with a deadline

Sofia’s phone shows the push “Your offer was accepted” with the deadline, 28 Oct, 14:05 (the event carries it); on the website the same notice waits in the notifications of the header. She taps it 1 and her offer opens.

7 Offer accepted, ready to check out

The offer card is Accepted and says “Reserved for you”. The countdown 1 runs to the end of the checkout window, 28 Oct, 14:05; the price is fixed at €3,600 against the listing price of €3,900. She taps Check out at €3,600.00 2.

8 Check out at the offer price

Checkout opens with the watch at her offer price. She confirms the delivery address in Lisbon 1 and chooses Via the inspection hub 2. The breakdown 3 reads €3,600 for the watch (the listing price €3,900 struck through) + €120 inspection + €45 shipping = €3,765, charged in EUR; taxes and duties are to be discussed. A countdown shows how long the reservation lasts, until 28 Oct, 14:05. She taps Pay €3,765.00 4; extra bank authentication may appear. The price is fixed at confirmation.

9 Paid order

Order LRM-10501 reads Paid 1: bought at her accepted offer price of €3,600, €3,765 in all with inspection and shipping 2. The timeline starts at Paid and the offer counts as used. She can cancel until the parcel is first scanned (to be discussed). Back to orders 3 returns to her orders. The sale goes on as in Buy with hub inspection, from the seller’s label to the hub.

10 Claire declines

Alternative: instead of accepting, Claire taps Decline 1 on the offer card. Her card turns Declined, and nothing is reserved. No reason or counteroffer is asked for.

11 Sofia is told: declined

Alternative: Sofia’s phone shows the push “Your offer was declined”; on the website the notice waits in the header. She taps it 1 and her offer opens.

12 The offer is declined

Alternative: Sofia’s offer card shows Declined 1 with a Back to listing link 2 and no checkout button — a declined offer is never a checkout price.

13 Sofia is told: the offer expired

Alternative: nobody answers. On 29 Oct, 18:00 Sofia’s phone shows the push “Your offer expired”; on the website the notice waits in the header. She taps it 1.

14 The offer expired

Alternative: the offer card shows Expired 1, with Back to listing 2 and no checkout button. Claire’s card shows Expired too.

15 The checkout window runs out

Alternative: Sofia does not pay in time. When she reopens the offer, the countdown has reached zero 1: the offer shows Expired, the reservation is released and the watch is available to others. Both sides were told.
