Re-audit after the flows

2026-10-28
  • Every step of the ten flows, light and dark: no frame inside a frame, no ringed control outside its frame, no screen overflowing, no key missing in Ukrainian; repeated ids of screens drawn again in a later step now carry the step's number (flowPlayer).
  • The whole site, 39 pages × 2 themes × 2 languages × 1440 and 390 px: nothing scrolls sideways, no console error, no endless animation under reduced motion. Not found at 390 px: four desktop frames still scroll inside themselves — on Next steps.
  • Next steps rewritten for what the flows left open.

Flows, batch 2: the product (approved)

2026-10-28
  • Built, each step of a buyer or seller on the website and in the app, staff steps on the admin web: A listing goes live (19 steps), Buy with direct delivery (13), Contact details in chat (16), Make an offer (15), Buy with hub inspection (22), Return or dispute (15).
  • Key screens: rateSeller loses its comment field — stars only (SC-029).
  • Email templates: the order letters carry the sample's order LRM-10482; the offer letter expires 29 Oct 18:00 as the sample says.
  • Menu: the offer flow is «Офер» in Ukrainian, as on Key screens.
  • «Кейс» replaces «справа» wherever it means a case — letters, components, icons, principles, Next steps and the flows (SC-032). Open for Next steps: words written for the flows beyond the blueprint, letters for "delivered" and "published after staff review", the hub arrival date on Key screens (24 Oct against 26 Oct in the flows), the administrator's resolution wording (Q-009).

Flows, batch 1: sign-in (approved)

2026-10-28
  • Flows section intake: Full, ten flows listed (SC-027); built in parallel, gated by batch.
  • Every flow of a buyer, seller or visitor shows each step on the website and in the app side by side (SC-028); staff flows on the admin web only. The player lights the same action on both devices together (assets/flow.js).
  • Built: Register and verify the email (9 steps), Sign in (6), Forgotten password (6, Sofia — the reset letter is hers), Staff invitation (10, Elena invites Jonas; the second factor drawn as an authenticator app, provisionally).
  • Shared: the Auth layout's colour roles now hold on any .au-screen; a web page beside the phone keeps its two columns and is cut at the height that shows the step.
  • Batch 2 approved with changes: stars-only rating (SC-029), the chat story where Daniel pushes off the marketplace (SC-030), refunds of the item with the rest "To be discussed" (SC-031); the offer checked out with hub inspection (3 765 EUR). Sample data for the flows added to sample.mjs › FLOWS.

Audit approved

2026-10-27
  • Check script: 0 errors. Hex values quoted in decisions and the changelog marked as record (allow-hex); the three feedback keys of Components renamed to match the page; seven unused screen keys removed. 76 warnings kept knowingly: menu keys of child pages' sections, which the menu does not list.
  • 29 pages × light, dark × English, Ukrainian × 1440 and 390 px: no page scrolls sideways (a Ukrainian drawer button on Components shortened), no endless animation under reduced motion, no console errors; the desktop mocks of Not found scroll inside their frames on a phone. Contrast: 37 of 37 rows pass in both themes. Every page in the menu and the catalog; the pager walks all 29.
  • Principles: the inspection stepper and the delivery timeline fill their cards. One story across pages: the chronograph is ≈ $9,168 everywhere, and the seller's payout on Key screens is €7,190.95 after the placeholder commission and payment fee, as on Components and Principles.
  • Screenshots of every page in both themes: screenshots/light/, screenshots/dark/.

Product page, Key screens, Architecture, Security, Charts, Principles, Decisions, Changelog, Next steps approved

2026-10-27
  • Intakes: Architecture, Security, Charts and the project pages full; plans approved together (plans/screens.md, architecture.md, security.md, charts.md, principles.md, next.md); built by parallel agents.
  • Product page: what it is, four promises, six roles, fourteen modules (all in the first release), the loop in six steps, the sample company, where the content comes from.
  • Key screens: 14 phone screens of the app (finding and buying; messages, selling and account) and 5 web screens (listing and checkout on the site, the hub's queue and inspection, the admin's exceptions), each with its empty state. sample.mjs gained SCREENS and REPORTS.
  • Architecture: six diagrams in the three part colours — the system in its world, its parts, modules, how data moves, where it runs, one request (an accepted offer).
  • Security: six parts in the customer's words, every claim done / planned / to be discussed (SC-026), five drawings, no figure or certification the documentation does not hold.
  • Charts: three uses on the admin's Reports screen — sales by month, commission by month, orders by status; currencies never summed.
  • Principles (seven, each with a do and a don't drawn with the components), Decisions (25), Changelog, Next steps (queue, open questions, six ideas).
  • Fixes: the merge helper no longer breaks on $ in a translation; "лот" replaced by the team's "лістинг"; another project's name kept off the site.
  • Approved. The seller's payout on the order screen carries a note that the commission is a sample (Q-001). Security: an undecided claim reads "To be discussed" / «Обговорюється», never "Not promised" (SC-026).

Technology stack approved

2026-10-27
  • Stack chosen in the technology dialog (SC-003), from decisions/2026-10-27-system-architecture.md: its five open points confirmed — @lrm/api-client package, Expo with EAS, Redis and BullMQ from the first version, search in PostgreSQL; Next.js hosting left to DevOps. Charts: Recharts (SC-008).
  • Technology stack page: 33 technologies in six layers, each with its official mark (Simple Icons; AWS and Playwright from their own sites; Recharts, BullMQ and Maestro as initials), one line and a link.
  • A new section, Shared API contract (SC-024): one source, a pinned version, only compatible changes, old apps on phones.
  • Revised (SC-025): the page is built around the three parts — Web client, Mobile client, Server — each with what it does, how it is built, how it talks to the others and how it ships, then its technologies (37 in all); Hosting and delivery, Quality and Shared API contract below them.

Icons built (awaiting the gate)

2026-10-27
  • Plan approved (plans/icons.md): 59 base icons with Lucide's names, 11 of the product's own (i-lrm-…), each with where it is used; six template leftovers removed (flame, leaf, target, database, sparkles, link).
  • Sprite ids renamed to Lucide's names across every generator (circle-check, triangle-alert, circle-x, undo-2, house, ellipsis, building-2, chart-column, log-out); the app layout's own icons moved into the sprite; chat rows take message-circle.
  • Design › Icons: the base in five groups, the domain cards at 16 · 24 · 32, the 16-unit grid with its keyline, the sizes and the rules. Icon tokens added: --icon-stroke-web, --icon-stroke-lg, --icon-size-phone.
  • Icons approved.

Phone screens refined (awaiting the gate)

2026-10-27
  • A compact scale for everything drawn in a phone frame, in tokens.css (SC-023): type a step smaller (body 13, row 14, titles 18–26), controls 40/44, header 48, a tighter rhythm; icons 15 px, the tab bar's 22; illustrations' line 1.15.
  • Phone and tablet frames wear a thin dark bezel (--color-device) with a soft lift instead of the thick warm-grey border.
  • Section intakes: Icons full; Key screens simplified, the mobile app first (SC-022).
  • Phone screens approved.

Logo picked; Components, States, Layouts, Email templates built (awaiting the gate)

2026-10-27
  • Logo: Armillary (SC-004); the menu tile and the tab icon; Loaders from it (sweep, orbit, precess, assemble, measure).
  • Components: 35 — the standard set, the product's own (listing card, authenticity seal and certificate, inspection stepper, price breakdown, offer card, order timeline, reputation, photo uploader, chat notice) and a reserve (countdown, currency selector, seller type); every list that opens is our own styled listbox. Field borders darkened to 3:1.
  • States: six, each with its animated picture, words, one action and cases from the blueprint.
  • Layouts: Auth — split with the form on the right and a carousel of scenes with dots, plus the staff sign-in (SC-005); App — editorial marketplace, admin with a folding sidebar, the hub workspace (SC-006); Not found — the armillary as the 0 of 4◎4, animated (SC-007).
  • Email templates: the template and 13 letters, each with its own animated GIF (first frame the full still picture, ≤ 130 KB), made by tools/exportEmailGifs.mjs.
  • Frame fix: a variant's title and its tag sit on one line from the left.
  • Batch approved: Logo and Loaders, Components, States, Layouts, Email templates.

Foundations and Illustrations approved

2026-10-27
  • Typefaces: pairing A, Cormorant Garamond + Inter (SC-020). Logo shortlist: Meridian and Armillary first (SC-021).

Frame, Foundations, Logo, Illustrations (batch, awaiting the gate)

2026-10-27
  • Frame laid: 28 starting pages, menu, theme and language switch (EN · UK), tokens from scheme B; Microcopy and tone removed (SC-017). Product page content and the Technology stack wait for the technology dialog (SC-015).
  • Foundations: Colors, Typography (pairings A Cormorant Garamond + Inter, B Playfair Display + Manrope — to pick), Spacing and layout, Radius and shadows, Motion; light warning darkened to #9c6610 so white text passes AA.
  • Logo: 18 marks in three rounds — simple (6), crafted with a simplified small drawing (6), emblems (6) (SC-019); none picked yet.
  • Illustrations: 16 pictures in the scheme's line style, each with a quiet animation of its own, still under reduced motion.

Color scheme chosen

2026-10-27
  • First proposal (Midnight & Champagne) revised at the operator's wish for a more premium, on-theme feel (SC-013).
  • Three proposals shown in scheme.html; B — Atelier Green & Brass chosen (SC-002). The scratch page is removed by the first node build.mjs after the frame is laid.
  • Work goes on in batches of independent steps (SC-014); technology and architecture wait for a separate dialog (SC-015).

Intake approved

2026-10-27
  • Showcase folder docs/showcase/ chosen; documentation, blueprint, competitor research and the team's stack samples read (SOURCES.md).
  • Languages English (default) and Ukrainian (SC-001); basic depth (SC-009); working name "Luxury Resale Marketplace" (SC-010); every sample name invented (SC-011); another project’s prototype not a design baseline (SC-012).
  • Sample world written in sample.mjs: Maison Arden, five people, six invented listings, one hub-inspection order.
