Flows
The product in use, step by step: signing in first, then the flows of the product itself. Each flow is a page of its own with a step player.
The flows
Sign-in first, then the flows of the product, in the order they are met.
Register and verify the email
A visitor becomes Sofia Marin: an account from the listing she wanted, the link in her inbox, and back to the watch — on the website and in the app.
Sofia signs in; a wrong password gets one message for both fields, and too many attempts pause sign-in — on the website and in the app.
Forgotten password
Sofia asks for a reset link, chooses a new password from the letter and lands back on the listing she started from — on the website and in the app.
Staff invitation
Elena Petrou invites Jonas Keller to the Frankfurt hub; he sets a password, enrols the second factor and signs in with a code — on the admin web.
A listing goes live
Daniel Weber becomes a seller, lists the Corvane chronograph and sees it authenticated and published; an inconclusive check goes to the administrator — on the website and in the app.
Buy with direct delivery
Sofia Marin buys the Lisette Paris bag from Maison Arden: checkout, the seller’s label, tracking, delivery, the protection period, a completed order and five stars.
Contact details in chat
Sofia asks about the Corvane; Daniel’s phone number is blocked, he asks to settle outside the app, Sofia reports and blocks him, and the administrator warns him.
Make an offer
Sofia offers 3 600 EUR on the Halden Reserve; Maison Arden accepts, and she checks out at the offer price before the window closes.
Buy with hub inspection
Sofia buys the Corvane with inspection: Daniel ships to the Frankfurt hub, Jonas Keller inspects it and sends it on — or fails it, and the order is refunded.
Return or dispute
Sofia opens a case on the bag; the payout is held, the administrator decides, the bag goes back to Maison Arden and the refund is made.
