4 The order is paid

5 Daniel is told he sold the watch

Daniel gets a push, “You sold the Corvane”; on the website the bell of the header shows the same notification. He taps it 1 and the order opens.

6 Daniel creates the label to the hub

The order shows only the buyer’s name, city and country (Sofia Marin, Lisbon, Portugal), the route “to the Frankfurt hub first”, the ship-by date and his net “after commission”, with no rate (Q-001). He taps Create shipping label 1: a prepaid label to Certa Inspection, Frankfurt hub, Northline Express NLX 4820 1937 55, appears and the inspection moves from “requested” to “awaiting item”. 7 Jonas finds the item in the queue

Jonas opens the Awaiting item tab 1 of the queue of the Frankfurt hub, and taps the Corvane row 2. The order is in transit with its first carrier scan; the buyer’s address is not shown yet, and no payment data appears anywhere.

8 Jonas records the item’s receipt

He opens the package and compares the item with the listing 1, then taps Confirm item received and intact 2. Record intake exception is on the screen and he does not use it. He sees the listing, its Veritrace certificate and the seller. After the tap the inspection reads “received”, the buyer’s name and address for the onward leg appear (until hand-over only), the evidence panel opens and the order moves to “at hub”.

11 Jonas records the evidence

12 Jonas records the verdict: passed

He selects Passed 1, taps Record verdict 2 and confirms in the dialog 3, which says the verdict is final. Then the verdict “Passed” stands with who and when, the inspection reads “passed”, the order is “inspected”, and the label hub → Sofia is created by the system without any action of his.

13 Jonas dispatches the second leg

He taps Print label 1 and hands the parcel to the carrier. The label is addressed to Sofia Marin, Lisbon, with the full address on the label only; the carrier is Northline Express and leg 2 reads “label created”. The queue row moves to the Decided tab.

14 Daniel is told the inspection passed

Daniel gets a push, “Inspection passed”, and the same notification in the bell of the website’s header. He taps it 1.

15 Daniel sees the inspection passed

He reads the inspection stepper 1 at “passed”, with the hub’s receipt time. Leg 1 is delivered at the hub and leg 2 is on its way to the buyer. The payout card says it is held until the protection period ends, without its length (Q-006), and the net stays “after commission”.

She reads the inspection card 1: “passed”, by Certa Inspection, Frankfurt hub. The timeline 2 has both legs, leg 1 delivered at the hub and leg 2 delivered to Sofia, and the order is “delivered” with the protection period running. Open a case and Message seller are below. Rating opens after the order is completed (Q-026), not here. The rest is as in Buy directly from its step 6.

18 Jonas records the verdict: failed

Alternative: instead of Passed he selects Failed 1, types the reason, which is required 2, marks the photos that may be shown to the buyer and the seller 3, taps Record verdict 4 and confirms in the dialog 5. The verdict “Failed” stands with the reason, who and when; release to the buyer is blocked and no second-leg label exists. The system creates the return label to Daniel and the dispatch panel (as in step 13) offers Print return label; the case and the order “cancelled” are set by the verdict. Jonas sees no refund and no payment data.
